Only use this form if you rent your unit to another person and want them to be able to pay the water bill themselves.
If you rent your unit but will pay the water bill yourself, you do NOT need to complete this form.
Once you submit this form, future water bills will be sent directly to the tenant, but as the property owner, you remain ultimately responsible for any unpaid balances.
If the tenant is not already responsible for water in your lease agreement, you may need to add a lease addendum. Consult a qualified attorney to ensure your lease reflects the correct billing responsibility. My Resident Bill does not provide legal advice.
